We offer additional analysis and dashboard information, such as gradations in which a complete text is biased and the readability of the text. Furthermore the software checks if the competences mentioned in the vacancy are logical for the profession. The Bias Detector therefore provides ATS users with detailed feedback.
The Bias Detector is currently available in English (British and American) and Dutch. Other languages can be added on request.
