The Bias Detector is integrated into recruitment systems. This makes it easy for you as a user to use our software. Whether the integration is invisible or made available as a widget, a tab or via a special website, the powerful analysis software is available to you in the same way.
Set-up of the integration
OTYS
To use the Bias Detector in OTYS it is first of all necessary to have a contract with OTYS. Please speak to your OTYS account manager.
The OTYS administrator within your own organisation ensures that the Bias Detector widget becomes available to all employees. The widget will be added to a standard view, which can be a replacement of your current editor, but it can also be an extra tab.
The widget is always used within the 'Vacancies' module, which you can access via the menu or the dashboard.
Carerix
The Bias Detector is integrated with Carerix as a tab. Contract and support are provided directly by CorTexter.
After signing the contract, Carerix and CorTexter together ensure that the Bias Detector is activated.
You will find the Bias Detector next to your job if you want to write or edit it. It is a tab that can be directly visible or found behind 3 vertical dots on the right side in the menu.
Recruitee
For the Bias Detector a special website has been created to integrate with Recruitee. Access to this website is granted at the moment you sign a contract with CorTexter.
When the contract is signed, the website does it.
For the first use, create an 'Active token' or copy an existing token and use the 'Company name' as it is known at Recruitee. Both can be found in the left menu under Settings / Apps and plugins / Personal API tokens. (Pro-tip: Save the token and company name in your keychain or browser).
Liver
The integration with Lever allows you to analyse and optimise your job vacancy text without copying and pasting. To do this, you only have to link your Lever account to your CorTexter account once; you do this from your own Lever account and then look for CorTexter in the apps.
A special CorTexter website has been created to work with Lever's vacancies, which are always up-to-date. On this website you can continue working on your vacancy directly and after you have saved your changes, the updated version is immediately available in your Lever account.
Access to our website with delivery integration is given at the moment you sign a contract with CorTexter. Once the contract is signed, the website works.
Zoho Recruit
Through Zoho Recruit you enter into a contract for the use of CorTexter's integrated software.
With every job you find a link to CorTexter's analysis tool. All adjustments you make in the tool are immediately available in Zoho after you saved the adjusted text.
